Can I change my email address?

Can i return or exchange my order?

At this time we are only offering return for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date.

Help! My items arrived damaged.

I'm so sorry your bows arrived damaged! Please email us at support@girlsdream.com so we can get replacements shipped out right away.

Where are your bows produced/manufactured?

We proudly hand make all our accessories in Sunny South Florida, USA.

Should I choose headbands or clips?

We usually recommend starting with headbands. If your little one has enough hair for a sturdy ponytail then you can try out clips but the headbands look adorable even when your little ones grow hair. You should also consider if your little one leaves the headband on or removes it due to discomfort.

What is a one-size-fits all nylon headband?

Our headbands are made from a comfy nylon material that stretches to fit all sizes. It will fit a newborn baby, a toddler, and even an adult while keeping its shape. So if you want to share your bows with your little one, you totally can!

What kind of clip do you use?

We use 2 different clips depending on the size and style of the bow/flower. We use a single prong alligator clip with and without teeth. They are partially and fully covered with ribbon for a finished look. Every item will have a description of which clip is used followed by a picture of the front and back of the clip.   

Where's my package?

Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take around 7 business days before it arrives for domestic shipments. For more information on shipping click here.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM EST (excluding holidays) typically within 48 hours. Most orders will be processed and shipped within this time frame, unless due to factors out of our control, as they may be delayed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account and see your tracking info there.

My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?

Packages can take up to 7 business days to be delivered unless due to factors out of our control, as they may be delayed. It's completely normal for a package to go a few days without an update to the tracking. If it's been longer than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can help.

My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it.

We see a lot of packages show up a day or two after it's been marked delivered. Please give it a few more days and if it doesn't show up, email us at support@girlsdream.com so we can help. 
**Girls' Dream is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping.  Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we're only shipping to Canada. Please be advised the recipient is responsible for the country's customs fees and delays.

How do orders ship?

We ship through USPS.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

When will I be charged?

You are charged as soon as you complete your order.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your payment info anytime by logging into your account.

I received an email that you weren't able to process my payment. What do I do?

This means your payment did not go through. To fix this problem you need to log into your account and update your billing information.

How do I use my coupon?

You can redeem your coupon at checkout. 

Help! I have two coupons but only one is working.

You can only use one coupon per order.
